As a support engineer, the candidate needs to have extensive expertise in communication and IT, master the software and hardware knowledge of related products, and knowledge of data communication network. The candidate should also have strong learning ability and can adapt to the rapid development of communication technology quickly and flexibly. The support engineering daily contact is mainly the technical staff of the operator, as well as the service manager and service engineer within the company＇s service delivery department. Candidate also needs to agree with sales, R
