职责：· Teach foundational art skills through creative and integrated projects. The process of art, encouraging children to express themselves and use their imagination, is just as important as the product. · Integrate at least one unit of inquiry of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) per grade level, per year.· Continuously document updates of their curriculum and planning units in ATLAS Rubicon, the school’s online collaborative tool. Updates are through cycle reviews and informed by best practices and research in teaching and learning.· Differentiate student-learning experiences through the use of a variety of teaching and assessment strategies in order to meet the needs of all students. · Deliver instruction to a wide range learning abilities in coordination with our EAL and Learning Support specialists.· Maintain records of student progress and achievement and assess students’ academic, social and emotional growth by using observations, both formative assessments, as well as an established set of common summative assessments. · Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding student progress on a regular basis. 要求：· Bachelor’s degree or higher;· Teaching certification required;· Minimum of 2 years of successful full-time teaching experience;· PYP experience preferred;· Working in PLCs (professional learning communities) preferred. 职能类别：美术老师 关键字：英语美术老师
