职责描述： 1. Provide professional support on Environmental, Health and Safety affairs to the process of achieving the targets and objectives, and company, legal, customer and other requirements 在环境，健康和安全事务上提供专业支持，确保达成目标指标，及公司、法规、客户与其他要求 2. Ensure the site identifies and addresses its key priority issues 确保工厂识别并解决关键问题 3. Take the lead within EHS teams to develop Site annual EHS strategy, Compliance Plan and EHS compliance calendar 带领EHS团队开发年度EHS策略，合规计划和EHS合规日程表 4. Advise on the provision and maintenance of arrangements, systems and procedures 对安排、体系及程序的建立及保持提供建议 5. Ensure the effective management of resources allocated to achieve EHS objectives, and adequate level of competence in the business for the successful achievement of EHS objectives 确保对实现EHS目标所分配的资源进行有效管理，在成功实现EHS目标方面具备足够的能力 6. Work with other departments to ensure Site EHS training program support the effectiveness of Site EHS systems 与各职能部门团队合作，确保工作现场的EHS培训情况支持现场EHS系统的有效性运行 7. Liaise with external EHS regulatory and enforcement agencies and members of the Global EHS Team including relevant EHS Divisional/Regional Leads 与外部的EHS监管及执法部门，以及全球EHS团队成员及事业部或亚太区EHS领导保持联络 8. Monitor and review the effectiveness of site’s EHS and Energy Management System (arrangements, objectives, targets, systems and procedures) 监测并评审工厂的EHS和能源管理体系的有效性（安排、目标、指标、体系及程序） 9. Report on EHS and energy progress and performance and its impact on the business operation to the management team 向管理层报告EHS及能源进展和绩效及其对业务运作的影响 10. Ensure the timely submittal of EHS metrics and other reports 确保及时提交EHS指标和其它报告 11. Manage the daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of wastewater treatment and support plant production 管理污水处理厂的日常运行，确保污水处理的有效性和合规性，支持工厂生产 12. Complete other work assigned by the leader 完成领导安排的其他工作 任职资格： At least 5 years work experience on EHS, at least 3 years as supervisor or engineer role. A certified safety engineer is preferred Bachelor degree with Chemical Engineering or Engineering background At least good written English skill 至少书面英语沟通能力 Certified safety engineer is preferred
