1. 配合中外籍班主任进行相关班级管理；

Cooperate with Chinese and international teachers in relevant classroom management work;

2. 积极参与学科的相关研究、课程规划，与其他教师协作开发学校的课程和教学项目；

Actively participate in related research and curriculum planning of the subject, and develop school curriculum and teaching programs in collaboration with other teachers;

3. 积极参与学校组织的各类专业提升、学术交流等项目/会议；

Actively participate in various professional promotion and academic exchange programs/ meetings organized by the school;

4. 与中外籍班主任对学生的学习、生活等进行建议、指导与管理；

Provide advice, guidance and management on students' study and life with Chinese and international teachers;

5. 与家长建立稳定、良好的关系，收集反馈意见并随时向中外籍班主任汇报沟通情况;

Establish stable and good relationship with parents, collect feedback and report status to Chinese and international class teachers at any time;

6. 完成中外籍班主任和领导安排的其它教学辅助工作。

Complete other teaching assistance work arranged by Chinese and international class teachers.

任职要求：

1. 本科学历及以上，对外汉语及教育类相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, Chinese as a Foreign Language or other majors related to education;

2. 1年以上小学教学工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可，期望从事教师职业；

More than one year of teaching experience in primary school. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome，expect to be a teacher;

3. 具备相应学科的教师资格证书者，或者在入职一年后能够考取教师资格证；

Have the teaching certificate of the corresponding subject, or the teaching certificate can be obtained after one year of employment;

4. 形象气质佳，性格活泼开朗、有耐心，备较强的沟通能力和亲和力；

Good appearance and outgoing, optimistic, patient, strong communication skills and affinity;

5. 乐于接受全新的教学理念和教学模式；

Open to new teaching ideas and modes;

6. 具有高度的责任心、较强的团队协作精神；

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

7. 具有先进教育教学理念和勇于创新的精神；

Have advanced teaching ideas and innovative spirit;

8. 有中英双语沉浸式教学经验者优先；

Immersive bilingual teaching experience in Chinese and English is preferred;

9. 有海外留学经历或知名国际/双语学校/公办学校任教者优先；

Overseas study experience or teaching experience in well-known international school/ bilingual school/ public school is preferred;

10. 具有一定英语能力者优先；

Good English ability is preferred;

11. 多才多艺，能为学生开展相关特色课程者优先。

Being versatile and being able to carry out relevant characteristic courses for students is preferred.
