CSS Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the IT service support team at the customer site.
2. Lead the team to complete the installation, management, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, email clients, printing systems, networks, office equipment, etc. within the enterprise according to service requests.
3. Lead the team to install, debug, configure and maintain desktop equipment (desktops, laptops, printers).
4. Lead the team to install, debug and maintain office peripheral equipment (such as mobile phones, tablets, phones, printers, video conferencing support, etc.).
5. Follow-up and processing of various IT projects.
6. Coordinate team resources to complete team-related Key Performance Indicators.
7. After completing the above work, provide corresponding summary reports.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned according to business needs.
9. Exercise independent judgment, organize and prioritize work processes according to department guidelines and standards and meet established time frames.
Requirements:
1. Computer related major, more than 3 years of IT support related work experience and team management experience.
2. Familiar with ITIL processes.
3. Familiar with Windows operating system and Office, and proficient in various operations.
4. Detection, debugging and problem solving of Windows platform, application, and basic network service errors.
5. Master the use and troubleshooting of enterprise anti-virus, iPhone, iPad operation and use, printing, OA and other software.
6. Understand various mainstream computers, servers, workstations, and other equipment.
7. Strong communication skills, able to communicate with foreigners in English.
8. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and establish and maintain collaborative relationships with those contacted in the performance of assigned responsibilities, including company management and external business partners.
9. Good logical analysis ability and learning ability, good at analysing and summarizing problems.

岗位职责:
1. 驻客户现场进行IT服务支持团队管理;
2. 带领团队根据服务请求完成企业内部关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备等方面的安装、管理、维护;
3. 带领团队进行桌面设备(台式机、笔记本、打印机)的安装、调试、配置及维护;
4. 带领团队进行办公周边设备(如手机,平板,电话,打印机,视频会议支持等)的安装、调试及维护;
5. 各个IT项目的跟进和处理;
6. 协调团队资源完成团队相关绩效指标;
7. 在完成上述个作之后给出相应的总结报告;
8. 根据业务需要履行分配的其他相关职责;
9. 根据部门准则和标准进行独立判断、组织和确定工作流程的优先顺序,并满足既定的时间框架。
任职要求:
1. 计算机相关专业,3年以上IT支持相关工作经验及团队管理经验;
2. 熟悉ITIL流程;
3. 熟悉Windows操作系统和Office,并且熟练掌握各种操作;
4. Windows平台、应用程序和基本网络服务错误的侦查、除错和问题解决;
5. 掌握企业防病毒、iPhone 手机、iPad操作和使用、打印、OA等软件的使用和故障排除;
6. 了解各种主流计算机、服务器、工作站等设备;
7. 沟通能力强,英文可以和外国人沟通;
8. 能够有效地口头和书面沟通,并与在履行指定职责(包括公司管理层和外部业务伙伴)过程中联系的人员建立和保持合作关系;
9. 良好的逻辑分析能力和学习能力,善于分析和总结问题。
