Job Summary:
The Content Operation Specialist will be responsible for supporting several priority TA’s online content production and operation activities across the online content whole lifecycle, thus creating exceptional content experiences to meet not only external HCP and patient’s needs, but also satisfy internal user’s expectation.
Responsibilities:
Support team for any production, review, and approval related tasks to ensure all the contents in any types are delivered on time and meets all the standards.
Perform content operation activities in line with operation strategies, make sure of execution excellence to create impact/value for both HCPs and patients.
Coordinate among different internal and external key stakeholders to make sure the content operational activities maintains highest quality and speed requirements and in align with key stakeholders’ expectations.
Assist with Chief Editor to manage the agencies and editors and unify content from various contributors to ensure every piece of content’s accuracy and consistency.
Identify potential opportunities from operation perspective to help team keep the light-speed
