Job Description – Business Development Manager (Regional：Beijing or Shanghai) Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : ● Keeping up-to-date with consumer trends and customer needs, and contributing to the company’s strategic plan by ensuring products and services meet the needs of the market; Maintaining existing relationships and developing new partnerships, in line with the company’s market plan; ● Proactively communicating with a range of stakeholders face to face and digitally; Meet competitive quarterly tartgets and achieve high-conversion rates across all programmes and services; The person for this role will: ● Be extremely motivated and target driven with the ability to work well autonomously as part of a team. ● Report to the Head of China team and participate in weekly team meetings. ● Contribute to our rapidly growing UK and international marketing and sales strategies. ● Have excellent interpersonal skills.
