The Manager, Marketing Science, will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance guest experiences and optimize marketing efforts across various channels. This position will oversee the implementation of advanced analytics techniques, including rule-based and algorithmic segmentation, predictive modeling, and large-scale data operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive personalized marketing, recommendation systems, and ROI analysis, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s growth, and ultimately reports analytical insights to the senior leaders.
