Job Title: Manager, Corporate Communications
Job Summary
Manages development, implementation and evaluation of Consumer PR projects and initiatives to promote UBR products and brands and shape public perception, with focus on celebrity engagement and communications. Primarily responsible for developing and managing media strategy and relationships with core media outlets and social influencers, drive the creation of PR contents, PR events, corporate social communications and other PR work to generate positive coverage of Universal Beijing Resort brand and products in the Chinese market.
Major Responsibilities
Manage, initiate and execute consumer facing PR programs, including but not limited to - new product launch, seasonal program, promotions, always-on product communications, hot social topic tie-in, etc., to enhance the awareness and favorability of UBR brand and products
Builds and maintains productive, credible relationships with celebrities and execute on-line and offline communication programs to maximize the celebrity engagement results.
Leverage seasonal programs and new products opportunities to explore meaningful news storytelling which well fits in UBR brand proposition, create/manage/revise public relations contents such as news releases, videos, special events, other content, etc.
Generates positive print, online and broadcast media coverage and social buzz
Works closely with related business divisions to develop public relations programs that are consistent with and reflect Universal’s strategic priorities and PR plans to feature UBR’s products, experiences, as well as directly tie to UBR business programs and objectives and represent market-specific strategies.
Efficient cross-functional coordination to seek related business stakeholders’ consensus, independently manage the effective execution of PR programs, including managing business partners, introducing suitable resources and handling project milestones and quality to achieve communication goals.
Manage other important PR communication channels, including but not limited to media, KOL.
Daily management and communication with PR agency
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience/expertise in to-C public relations, preferably in travel/lifestyle-related industries
Extensive celebrity resource, and ample experience in collaborating with celebrity teams and managing celebrity-oriented communication projects
Deeper insight into media communications, outstanding PR content generation capability, ability to tell good stories in the social environment
Solid expertise in large scale project and events planning and execution
Ability to independently handle a large volume of work against tight timeline
Knowledge of working with external partners to drive, execute and ensure the progress of PR projects.
Must have strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with strong management skills; Excellent communication skills and professional level of English (written and verbal) with an ability to work with the executives and a wide range of professionals, and effectively lead and inspire to achieve group goals.
Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within an extremely fast-paced team environment
Diligent, flexible, resourceful, independent worker with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude, team player with professional demeanor; Intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn.
Strong communicator capable of delivering concise messages to various audiences.
8 Years experience in media, entertainment and/or public relations required. 3 Years management experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, Communications or Journalism major is a plus.

管理明星艺人、影响力人士沟通网络,建立并维持高效、可信赖的良好关系,配合线上线下传播形式,为北京环球度假区进行各种形式的积极报道和正面声音;
围绕季节性活动、新品等发布契机,基于环球品牌调性持续挖掘新故事、好故事,创造、管理、更新包括新闻稿、视频、活动及其它形式的公关内容
与其它相关业务团队紧密合作,围绕产品体验及重要业务制定与环球品牌一致并具有中国市场高度相关性的公关计划和策略,以支持北京环球度假区业务计划
有效的跨部门沟通和协调,确保与相关业务伙伴达成共识,独立管理公关项目有效的落地执行,包括管理合作伙伴、创建适当的资源、对项目推进时间和质量的把控,完成传播工作目标
管理其它关键公关传播渠道,包括不限于媒体、KOL等

在对消费者的公关传播领域有一定经验和专长,旅游、生活方式行业经验优先
具有广泛的明星艺人资源,具有丰富对接明星团队和操盘明星向传播项目的经验
对媒体有较深入的洞察,深入了解社交传播,具有在社交化的环境下讲故事的能力
扎实的大型公关活动策划执行能力
能够在紧张的时间内独立完成既定工作
能够高效地管理外部合作伙伴
能够熟悉使用Office软件
细致细心,并且有较强管理能力出色沟通能力、英语流利,能够与不同利益相关者进行高效沟通
能够在快节奏工作环境中评估并及时调整优先级达到高效工作
认真负责的工作态度,尊重职业伦理
积极乐观、具有团队精神。对新事物具有好奇并且好学
强大的沟通能力,对不同受众进行一致的有效传播
八年以上媒体、电视、娱乐、公关行业工作经验;3年以上管理经验。
教育背景
本科学历及以上,传播、新闻等专业优先
