As the CV-D local representative, lead the whole launch team and manage the activities on-site. Direct alignment with product line representatives in FIZ and plant representatives regarding launch issues.

Major Responsibilities:

• Represent the CV-D across process chain in China, execute the process chain relevant tasks, maintain the maturity of local product and fulfill the projects/products targets and milestones.
• Manage/steer local competences for modules within process chain scope, assigning tasks if necessary.
• Continuous deeply strive of all process partners in China, Munich and other plants worldwide.
