Job Description
Individuals in this role will collaborate with Industry Client Account Leads and SAP BG leadership to identify new business opportunities in existing and new accounts. More specifically, they will have the following responsibilities:
· Provide Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis and go-to-market strategy for acquiring new business.
· Architect solutions and offerings on the SAP services.
· Direct important client engagements and ensure that service solutions offerings align with the client's goals and agenda.
· Play a key role in enhancing the business capabilities of Accenture's SAP services and generate ideas and opportunities for growth in the identified vertical.
· Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams lead.
· Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
· Figures out methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree and/or an advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum of 10 years SAP Finance or SCM experience
Fluent (written and oral) in both English and Mandarin
Attested ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Attested ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Experience of managing global SAP delivery teams both onshore and offshore within Accenture with multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years of client relationship management
Excellent leadership and management skills
Required one of the following industries: Life Science, Consumer Goods, Retail, Auto, new Energy
